President's Message

Upon relocating to California’s Central Valley, the state’s agricultural heartland, I was struck by the culinary value of the California grape leave. Unparalleled in texture, form, and color, the California grape leave I recognized to be the best ingredient for globally consumed Mediterranean dishes, including the stuffed grape leave (“Sarma”).

In 1982, I founded Hye Cuisine, eager to process and package to California grape leaves for domestic and international consumption. I shortly expanded my operation to include custom-ordered products, such as marinated vegetables, sauces and dressings.

As an experienced food processor and packer of house brand products, I know how important both food quality and packaging are for culinary appeal. How a food is prepared and presented decides if the client is satisfied.

At Hye-Cuisine, I implement a flexible and innovative operation that ensures access to the highest quality food ingredients and packaging designs that are individually tailored for each client.

I ensure that our brand goods and custom-ordered products, coupled with our exceptional customer service, meet and exceed the expectations of all our clients.
