Sarma (Stuffed Grape leaves)
To prepare stuffing:
- 1 cup of medium grain rice
- 3 cups of chopped white onions
- 1 bunch of parsley finely chopped
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 6 table spoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dry mint
- 1/2 cup olive oil

Mootabal (Eggplant)
For every jar mix two tablespoons of tahini
add lemon juice and olive oil as desired. Garnish with red pepper.
Alternatively,
mix with each jar of eggplant one chopped tomato, one red bell pepper, and
half an onion.
Serve as an eggplant salad. |
