Since 1982, Hye Cuisine has been a leader in the California food processing industry, preparing house brand and custom ordered products for domestic and international markets.

Hye Cuisine launched with two products – preserved and stuffed grape leaves – both inspired by the recipes and traditions of several generations of Mediterranean culinary practice. The grape leaves continue to be the company’s signature brand product.

For nearly 30 years, Hye Cuisine has also produced an extended line of custom ordered food products with private labels for over 40 distributors and 300 retailers in over 10 countries.
